There are lots requirements to do jobs on this tier. Not only using loots in Cuba but also including loot items from New York, such as Prop Plane, Private Jet, Falsified Documents and Federal Agent. Also special loot ie Untraceable Cell Phones.
We only have 2 loot items here : Canonazo and Track Loader! Will explain more in another posting about these two high-end loots.

These loots don't make such a difference comparing to TNT, Hu-9 and state car.
Anyway, it's cool to have new jobs and i wonder what would the reward be for mastering them all...
As well boosts like a good idea, not sure how to use them smartly yet, but that will come.
Im enjoying these new features.
i checked the overall top mafia and it looks like the loots item given for mastering all tiers from Cacique jobs is the "Cazador assault riffle"

But i can tell you the def is no better that the Hornet sniper riffle.
For the attack, i dunno but it must be at least better that the Avispa...

I mastered Cuba and earned a Cazador Assault Rifle 60 attack and 25 Defense.
It was a pain because you need approx 400 Politico Corruptos. You all need UCP's again.
Oh and my title is El Cacique Principal. You only get the loot items 1 in like 7 tries. Hard to get. I want the new businesses now. I am ready for the bridge from Cuba to New York (whatever that may be)
The expansion should be Russia..me thinks.
All of us can't wait for the new expansion.. Just pray for the best thing happen soon!

The requirement stated above for Politico Corruptos is a bit off...
I had over 550 when I began the "El Cacique" jobs. I collected more, which were being produced, during the process of mastering each tier. In the end, I still had to request help from mafia family members for additional Politico Corruptos. This enabled completion of the "El Cacique Principal" Tier.
If I remember correctly, "El Cacique Principal" awards 2% Job Mastery and requires 8 Politico Corruptos per job...which would require 50 jobs to be completed using up 400 Politico Corruptos alone. I'm referring to the one and only job in the "El Cacique" tier that requires them.

I've masterd 2 tiers suddnely I only can 1% per job... it will take 1000s of energy points to complete the last 3 jobs... all for one rifle???
i wanna ....know after mastering the El Cacique wat is the rate of getting the loot that is canoza and track loader .......same before the mastering or .. the rate increases
I am on the last Job tier in Cuba But today i looked at my El soldado and it was all at level 3 with 0% mastery, just thinking i forgot to do i tried to complet but the mastery wouldnt go up!?! anyone else have this problem! Help
